Yeah even my stock titan has outrun almost every other vehicle that I have played around with, especally those little civics and all with the big exhaust and giant tach on the dash. It really is pathetic.

No not really, I think your posts have been calm and debate it good, but when you take into account the other posts from a few Hemi guys on this site braging and boasting about how fast there truck is with there many mods, followed by bashing the Titan and making personal attacks on our members it's getting old.

So when you start listing and talking about all of your mods and how fast your truck is as well as you have not lost a race to a Ttian just remember there's been alot of BS posted on this site before you even started posting over here.
So there is a short fuse on this as you can see in this almost 2 year old thread that a Hemi owner went out of his way to dig up and start something..

Deep.

I got suprised by a hatchback civic one day...He had an aftermarket turbo and nitrous, but I didn't know about it until after he made my look like an idiot. I saw huim at the track a few weeks later, and he was running consistant 7.40's in the 1/8th. I wont make that mistake again.

All it dose is get into a piss'n match with our members, so that must be your reason for it..

If you want to have good debate without the name calling thats all fine and good but when the BS starts getting thick followed by the name calling you guys get what you got com'n.

I understand your point but this Hemi450 guy at least doesn't seem to be here to be an azzhole like that other guy. I have to take it that there's not much intelligent chat on the Dodge forums so they all wander over here. I don't have a problem with truck lovers stopping in to chat...that's why we're here. It's when the trolls come marching in that pisses me off.

I completely understand where you are coming from because this also happens on the dodge sites. In my post, I wasnt trying to brag about my mods with that post. The point I was trying to get accross was that the Titan is at a dissadvantage ONLY because of the lack of aftermarket parts. I know many titans will walk all over some stock fords and chevys, but their available aftermarket puts you guys at a disadvantage. Even the Dodge guys are at a disadvantage as far as aftermarket parts go...We have the parts available, but no tune to get max potential out of them. I wish Dodge and Nissan would step up to the plate and work with the aftermarket companies a little...If not, I think they are going to lose some business to Chevy/GMC because of their willingness to provide aftermarket products for their vehicles.

Again, I'm sorry if it sounded like I was bragging on my truck...That was not my intention at all.

Re: A Ram faster than the Titan?

I'm not trying to be rude on here either. It is funny that you are responding the way you are. We felt the same way over at DT when a few of your buddies came over doing the same thing.. On the other hand pull the programmer down to the lowest setting so you don't detonate. More timing causes more detonation... Run higher octane also!!

All the civics and the like around here just make a lot of noise. I can't help but laugh ever time I hear one making all that noise and not really going anywhere.

I agree with ya at least his posts are calm and not an attack on someone.

It sure dose seem like most of these Hemi trolls just can't stop talking about all of there dam mods though. It's futile really.

Re: A Ram faster than the Titan?

Sorry I was busy earning a living today and missed some of the posts by TitanCrusher, or should I say Joey.

Since he couldn't put on his "big boy pants" and play nice like some of the other Hemi owners who have joined us, he no longer has the ability to post on TitanTalk.

We all love trucks here but when forum rules are blatantly violated, this is the end result.

To the rest of you proud Hemi owners, nice truck,
and welcome to TitanTalk.

No apology necessary, at least there seems to be a few of you guys in this thread who are able to have a mature debate and conversation on trucks.

One of my best friends sense the 6th grade is a Dodge freak, he has a 67 Cornet RT 440 engine with closed chamber heads and torque-flite tranny. the car is very nice, he also has a 70 Hemi Cuda that barely see's the light of day.

My view on the supply of aftermarket parts is that it's going to take awhile for Nissan or any of these other companies that are not making the number of trucks as FORD or CHEV dose.
Both ford and chev sell way more trucks then anybody so these aftermarket companies are going to go where the greater numbers of trucks are. Available means more moded trucks and cash profit for these aftermarket companies.
Their going too go where the money is plain in simple.
But with time there will be more and more stuff available becaues it is a performance engine.

Deep.

After the backlash that troll got, I doubt he was coming back anytime soon anyhow. Thanks for exterminating the room once again !
