If the titan 4x4 is taller than a regular titan than
is the titan 4x4 off road shorter than a 4x4 with out off road since it sits on a smaller rim? Is the off road tire wider and shorter or is the wheel assy the same diameter?

The Titan 4x4 with the Off-Road package is actually taller than a 4x4 without it. That tires are larger even though they are on a smaller rim to allow more tire flex when you decrease the tire pressure in off-road situations.
