XE CrewCAb towing questions

Hello,
My Wife Bought me a XE CC 2x4 approx 2 months ago as a surprise. I was originally looking into the SE CC, But hey cant complain, Few questions I have is this.
I need to get a Tow hitch for the truck perf, Stage 4. But unaware what weight this truck can pull? I have no experience in towing so please bear with me.

What can my truck pull with out the big tow package?

What im looking at towing would be anyware from my Turbocharged 240Z on a car trailer, to Seadoo's or maybe even a ski boat. Family Toys...........

What advice can you give me to set my Truck up for reliability, for what i need?
