Black out all the chrome!!

Hey guys newb here. Have an 07 dark metallic blue 2wd. It has all the chrome and everything, but am looking to murder it out all black (besides the blue paints job..just the chrome) would you suggest just having everything (mirrors handles grill and bumper) custom painted or replace them? thanks alot!

if you have big tow mirrors, you can swap out the caps and door handles with another member looking for chrome. if you want to save money and get it done faster, once you trade your door handles, you can paint your mirror covers, bumpers and grille yourself. i know it seems like it would be a difficult job but really it's not. flat or matte or spray on bedliner drys fairly evenly so it makes it easier than you think.
preppin is something that gonna take more time than anything. make sure you sand the chrome down good and use self etching primer.
maybe an 80 grit and 140 grit. even your rims. you can black your truck out in 2 weekends. enjoy and welcome to titantalk!

i was thinking abotu doing this as well. after getting my lift and black xd's on and picking it up today i think i need to black out the chrome bumpers, grill and door handles. the mirrors are already black.

Its called black chrome. I whould just have the chrome covered with a matte black wrap so later if you want you can just pull it off and you still have perfect chrome. JMHO
