upholstery problem

I just noticed today that the leather pad just above the passenger armrest has extra material at the seam closest to the handle. It appears that it wasn't cut off or tucked under. Has anyone else noticed similar problems? I'm having the dealer look at it next week, and hopefully the radio too.

Had the same problem on the same side, noticed it the first day. Check under the window sill, mine was too short and would pop out. It wasn't cut/installed correctly so they will have to order you a new piece (mine took 5 weeks). You might also want to inspect the weatherstripping along that same side roof line and compare it to the drivers side. Mine was not installed correctly and I had both of these items handled under warranty at the same time as my first oil change.

Maybe we had the same installation crew???

Just as an update. The dealer ordered me a new passenger door panel and it took about 2 weeks to arrive. I went in today and had it installed after a few minutes. It looks perfect now.
