OK now I'm confused!

I've went back and have done some searches on the XM Satelite in this forum. I plan on buying a Titan in the next week CC LE 4x4. Since it is an LE with the RF package will it have a Satelite button? What will I need to do to add Satelite? I know this is simple question that shouldn't be confusing but...it's been a while since I test drove an SE and I don't have local dealer to go by and just peak in.

The alternative installation in this thread look like the easiest way to go, IMHO:

XM installed, no sweat!

The factory install instructions involves removing the Body Control Module, the accelerator pedal, taking up the carpet, and using a more obtrusive antenna.

I have an LE model which also has the Rockford system but it has no SAT button. If you'd like, you can go to http://courtesyparts.com/titan/index.html there you'll find a PDF owners manual. In the owners manual you can view the different types of radios that come with the Titan. I have what Nissan calls "TYPE D" which has no SAT button.

bestatchess: Thanks for the fast reply, that thread definitely answers part of my question but can anyone tell me which Radio has the Sat button or which package I would have to get?

Yours most likely will not because it will have the Rear A/V button in place of it (even without the DVD).

It's not a big deal, though. When it's not there, you simply use the Radio button to change between AM/FM/XM. But, before it's installed, you won't get XM or a No Sat display.
