How long do I have after the purchase (miles/yrs) do i have to buy extended warranty?

I wasnt going to buy extended warranty from my dealership unless he makes me a deal i cant refuse. And how much more expensive is it to buy before my initial coverage runs out. (2yrs/24K).

Until your manufactor warranty runs out, as long as you purchase before then your cool

Yes, its 3/36 for the Titan and you have to buy the factory warranty before this runs out.

But, if you do run over, you still have options via warrantydirect.com etc and can get one out to 100k miles.

Didnt mean to confuse people but I meant I was going to buy extended warranty at 2/24k. Will the price go up much for buying outside the 1yr/12K?
My local dealer wanted to sell me the gold preferred 7/100k for $2000. but they also wanted to sell me a $46000 LE.
