It is not difficult to pull the head unit & changer. The center dash cover is held on by clips. Grab it at one corner and pull. I start at the upper left hand corner. Once you pull the dash cover loose, you have to disconnect the connectors for the cables for the heater/AC control knobs to take the cover completely off (they all have different connectors, but you may want to tag them and make a little diagram for peace of mind as regards getting them back in the correct positions). Then you remove four screws to get the radio/changer bracket loose. Then disconnect the cables on the back (again, you may want to tag and diagram) and you can pull the whole thing out. Now once you get it out, it will not have power, so it still might not be that easy to get any stuck CD out. I recently had mine out, but didn't pay attention as to whether there would be any easy way to get the disks out once you have the changer out.
If you turn the ignition on with the cable for the passenger air bag warning light disconnected, this will cause the airbag light on the dash to flash and you will have to reset per instructions in the service manual. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance that can be avoided.
Another thought is to put the fuse back in with the ignition off, hold down the eject button (or maybe a disk selection button) and then turn on the ignition while you are holding down the button. The concept is that it might execute the first signal signal it gets on boot, and skip the spinning or whatever it is trying to do.
I have had to yank a changer a couple of times on a different vehicle to get stuck CDs out. Once it was because I got impatient and pressed an eject button while the changer was trying to change to a different CD, and once was when somebody (not me!, I always use a Sharpie and just write on the CD) loaded a CD with a home made label that came loose and rolled up.
Because it is new and under warranty, and because the changer may have some defect that will remain even when get any stuck CD out, you may want to skip all this and just take it to the dealer.
