I sent RF an email the other day and what you see attached is that email and their initial response. I wasnt happy with it so I sent back a reply. Sorry for the format of the emails....you have to read from the bottom up.

What they are basically saying is what rrummer was told by the tech's, basically.....suck it up....its not getting any better.
