This issue of the titantalk stickers has been brought up several times before and I offered my services being a graphic designer and animator. The problem is every single thread went dead and couldnt get ekools imput on it. We wanted to see if the forum could put some money through to have them made or could make a design and have some of the sponsers sell them. Everyone said they would have no problem and then the thread went dead. If this is something that the forum is serious about make this thread sticky and get the rest of the members in on it. Then maybe me and some others that are interested can put up some designs and have you guys vote on them.
Over in the Atlanta Area Meet thread we discussed T-Shirts, I pm'd ekool and he was fine with the idea. If he doesn't read every thread then pm him to get his attention.
I like the TT idea. Something like that wouldn't need input from ekool.
Posting designs and voting sounds like a great idea. Should give everyone a week or so to come up with a design, and then vote. Ekool should be the one to say ya or na if we decide to use "Titantalk.com" in the design. The mods should start a design stickey to see if anyone is interested. This may allow the issue to thrive a little more instead of die out. Just my .02
If you'll notice here on the rear window of my KC is 'Titan' in chrome letters. Got these from ebay- look under the 'flame' decal. Its just the letters cut out of it (Not into flames/tribal myself). I am sure this same person could do TITANTALK.COM or something like that easily. Each was $6 delivered so I can't see it being a whole lot more as we won't need the flame/tribal stuff. Thoughts?
We put them on as they match the 'chrome' stuff on the truck already and nowhere on the side of the truck does it say 'Titan'.

This is a great idea! I like CalifoniaTitan's idea. I do not want anything obtrusive or even really eye-catching. I feel it would detract from the looks of the truck. A small TITAN sticker on each side rear window seems perfect to me. Members would look for it right after recognizing that it is a Titan they are looking at. I would be happy to pitch in for some of the design and setup costs as well as obviously buying a couple of stickers.
Forward any 'designs' you come up with over the next week to me at my e-mail address. I will create a thread with all of them and a poll next weekend. Sound good?
As far as what I have up there...if thats the way we end up going (Keeping it just 'Titan' would work for me too! Don't have to buy new ones!) I could also contact the guy I got the stickers from and see if we could get a group discount or something. I would have no problem taking care of that.

I personally do not want a .com on MY truck! I think the plain "Titan" on the side windows is just perfect. It does not detract from the sleek visual of the truck. The "Titan" on the side will serve the same purpose that the .com would, in informing other members know that we belong to TitanTalk.com.
I would put a Titan static cling on my side windows that looked like the one CaliforniaTitan has. I think that is the cleanest version I have seen so far. I dont like the tribal or flames either.

something i just thought about is on crew cabs the side window sticker might get messed up or impede the window rolling down. just a thought. i like the idea of something on the driverside back window in the corner. something small but also instantly recognizable.
Hi guys,
I just thought of something as I was reading this thread. How about "TT" in chrome the same size as the "TITAN" on the tailgate? Maybe placed on the tailgate next to Nissan logo, or members can choose to place them elsewhere, like on the side where the V8 sign is or ????

I believe the point of this thread was created in just that fact, that it was meant to connect the people to the forum website. If people want to put "titan" on their truck then there is no purpose in putting it on the forum just go do it. We are trying to get other members to see if they want to get a sticker that specifically connects the people to the site.

Tikigod,
I think you miss the point. If all members put the same sticker, whatever it may be, on their Titan in the same place, this alone will identify us between each other. We don't have to advertise the site itself, just ourselves to each other.

Yep, I agree. At TundraSolutions.Com, we all had a sticker that said "TS" in big letters, with a small "Tundrasolutions.Com" wrapping around the bottom. Simple. Cool.
That would be my vote - "TT" using the purple/grey fade, and "TitanTalk.Com" in small letters on the bottom.
