crew cab rear seats

i read a post not too long ago about a tool box for behind the rear seats in a cc. does the seat back fold forward? is it movable at all? it appears to me that the seat back is anchored to the back of the cab. any help is appreciated

The seat backs fold forward, just look at the upper outer corners of the seat back and you'll see a little strap. Pull up on it to release the seat back.
