my fob broke

anyone else feel the FOB is fragile. I noticed soon after I bought the titan that the FOB was cracked on one side (near the hole part that would slip on the key ring). and today, clumsy me dropped the keys, and the FOB cracked in half. so now i have the good ol' rubber band holding my FOB together. so do you guys think the dealer would give me a new FOB? probably not, huh? i know i can use the second FOB, but i'm worried that will crack too. then i would have two broken FOB's.

Get the dealer to replace the FOB. If he doesn't he's a SOB.

If the dealer does not replace it, I found you the following you could purchase:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...479098191&rd=1

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...479065183&rd=1

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...479046952&rd=1

Make sure you check the transponder no. on the back of your FOB to see if it fits or give your dealer's parts dept. a call to make sure before buying one.

It sure beats paying the retail of $115.10

Good luck
