Cool AD Blitz in the Northeast

Nissan seems to be making a big marketing push in the Northeast. While watching CSI on Monday there were at least 3 ad spots. Very slick. I love the one where the Titan passes the Dodge up a hill towing a boat.

That is a good one, but it would be better if they could show that as a hemi. The Dodge is a 4.7l, the standard motor. If you read the small print on the bottom of the screen it says something to the effect "competition has standard equipment, blah, blah" I know ours is standard equipment. But let's compare apples to apples. I hate it when manufatures do play games like that. Still, good commercial

Noticed quite a few Titan spots on "24" last night. "24" is usually full of Ford commercials as Ford has been known to sponsor the show in the past.

Titan Standard equipment beats the others standard equipment hands down.

Although I like the Dodge, and am still deciding between the HEMI Ram and Titan, that commercial is F-in retarded. It shows the dudes eating while standing next to their Titan and says something like "hope you guys are eating a big breakfast, b/c we're gonna EAT YOUR LUNCH!" Now, can someone please exlain to me what the hell that means??? Is that supposed to inspire some worry in potential/existing Titan owners?? That's just not too menacing a quote to me, maybe I just dont get it.

Have you noticed the SUVs that they are driving around in this year? They are using Durangos.

I slao saw at least 3 commercials on 24 and a few on CSI. I do not like the H2 that they use on CSI:Miami. That is an ugly truck.

I agree that the H2 is an ugly vehicle. Perhaps Nissan needs to pony up some dough/vehicles and get them used on some of these shows. That would be great exposure.

Imagine this:

Next on 24!

Jack Bauer and Chase Edmunds race around LA in a Titan with lights a blazing tracking down the latest bio-creep who happens to be driving around in a Hemi Dodge.... The sheer horsepower and torque of the Titan allow it to catch up to the speeding Hemi even though the Titan is towing an 8,000 lb bio-decontamination trailer!
