idRacing SUCKS!

Do not buy anything from idRacing on ebay! They took my money and have not deliverd in two days as promised, or in a week for that matter.

They do not answer emails or phone calls. We are in mediation right now. Stay away from unscrupulous vendors.. I still don't have my volant.

yeah they keep emailing me trying to order from them--telling me that I have to pre-ordere or I will never get one as they sell out so fast---seemed kind of shady--but man I am so with you on the frustration, I ordered two weeks ago, got a refund, then they came in the next day from cloud9. so now I am trying to secure one---I have no idea why these are so hard to come by

What sucks is tha t Profficient Performance has them in stock right now, but I can't do anything about it. I bought the Volant Ram Kit from Profficient and it has already been shipped! The good it will do without the box.....

I finally heard from a guy named "Ben" he said they have been on the road and are totally out of intakes They are getting more but don't know when from Volant

Let this be a learning lesson! Never again and make sure nobody else we know gets involved with them.

Make sure you give tham a horrible rating on ebay!!!!

The guy at IDRacing (Ben 859-552-8158) won't give me my money back. All I want is a refund to my credit card, but he does not respond.

Review his feedback and you will learn about him.

id Racing just emailed me with a tracking number. We made an official complaint. Maybe thats why we have one coming now.

It's a mediator company (its free) they call and try to get a hold of the seller and see what the problem is.

Bubba sure you thought about it, I suggest you call your credit card & request to cancel the transaction & forward the details. Further tell the CC. that you no longer want this product & the reason being lack of sellers performance as advertised. CC should handle this as a charge back & it should be no biggie.

IDRacing asked me to remove this thread, but I see no reason to remove it. If they make good on their promises, please report back to us. If they do not, let us know.

Everyone has a right to know about your buying experience so they can be educated on future purchases.
