I couldn't even find it at first, but was able to locate it using the site search function.

Just to clarify. You have to go through each section and save them one at a time 40 something seperate files. If you save the first one and then try to access the manual on your Pc you will get the do not exist messages.

Sorry in advance if this is off base.

OK. My subscription has expired so I can't check the files. I did this download last Friday. From memory here's the process I think I used.

From the 'Inside Publications' menu seclect 'Find Publications'
Fill out the form (you just need to enter Titan).
A pop up window comes up with a little eye next to the service manual click on this.
A new window opens with the PDF manual displayed. Use the diskette icon to save. Then use the bookmarks to go to each section and save these.

If this doesn't help then where exactly are you seeing your error?

Good Memory. That is exactly what I have done...when I click on any of the Titles on the Bookmark...a small pop-up window appears stating that the PDF does not exist. Ex. On the Suspension Icon, there is Front Suspension, Rear Suspension, and Road Wheel & Tire. I clicked on the Front Suspension...the pop-up appears stating that the FSU.pdf does not exist. I emailed and called, I am waiting for a return call/email. I can view the Quick Reference, the Foreward Page, the Comment Sheet, and the 3 Qick Reference Charts, and thats it...all the other don't exist. Thanks for the help!!

Looks like you'll have to wait for their support to sort this out.

Is this from a file you have downloaded? It will say that in a downloaded file if you haven't downloaded the other files.

As previously mentioned you have to download each separate section of the manual, I ended up with 45 files at a total of about 90megs. Even after that they don't link up from the index you have to go to each file separately.

titanized, This happened to me although I was using reader 5.0. I had to go into the preferences and make sure that it opened the pdf file in the browser, there is a check box for this. Hopefully if you run into this problem again this will fix it.
