It can be done.
A car audio installer or anyone experienced with aftermarket audio could do it. You'll probably need the Titan's Shop/Tech/Electronics manual(s), have to take apart a lot of the interior. It is much more work than a simple head unit.
Besides buying from the dealer, junk yards, ebay, or owners who removed the stock nav system are possible sources.
New from the dealer, the parts are probably prohibitively expensive.
Used, make sure you have the manuals, know who you are buying from, what you are buying, and what effort it will take.
