Towing Mileage

My truck turned 7000 miles while I was towing this weekend. When it was new (1000 miles) I averaged 11mpg towing 5000lb. On my last trip, I drove 540 miles and averaged 17mpg towing 5500lbs. I am very, very happy. Both times I set the cruise at 70.

I guess the Titan mileage really does get better once the engine's broken in!

That is awesome. I now have 3000 miles on mine and it also seems to be doing much better. I just hope it continues to do as well as yours is doing now. Good for you.
