I know it was all BS. The entire staff that was at the dealership before Katrina was full $#!+. I just can not emphasize how pleased I am with the way things were handled now. Nissan really does stand behind their product. I didn't hesitate to let everyone know when I felt like I was getting the shaft, so to be fair I have to give credit, where credit is due.
