Lumbar missing???

Heres a link to another thread on a different board that a guy had the exact same issue. In his pics you can actually see a buldge in the material where the lever was suppose to be.

I've been driving mine for 7 weeks and never could figure out the lumbar control until I saw this pic. Makes me feel like a real dumbass for never noticing...
