Brought mine in for the rear center seat belt issue. Got a call two hours later saying that there was nothing wrong with it, that it hadn't fully retracted and was locked after it's last use with the child safety seat. Went to pick it, pulled the seat belt all the way out to engage the ratcheting lock, let it retract fully, and it was stuck again, much to the embarrassment of the service writer (in his words "this is totally unacceptable", no kidding). The tech had just pulled hard down on the belt behind the seat, feeding more belt back into the retractor, and it had released. I guess they didn't think that I would try it again. The dealer has ordered a new one.

I got mine back yesterday for rattles in the dash. The dealership replaced all the felt in the dash. So far this seems to have fixed the rattles. Will report back if rattles start again.

I had my middle seat belt replaced too but the tech, later, told me that they will come out with a new one, probably new design. My new one works fine so far.
