Has anyone installed this hitch, does it bolt on easy?

I have and it's very easy. 6 bolts. The Titan already has the tapped holes in the frame for them and the wiring harness is right there tucked in the back bumper. You may need an extra set of hands to hold it up while you get the first two bolts in. I used a floor jack and piece of wood to hold it up while I got the first bolts started.

One more thing. You'll need the two relays to add to the relay box in the engine compartment. I got my hitch from titanparts247.com and the relays were included with the kit.

Ditto to what fish_head said

I also purchased the hitch from titanparts and the install was easy.
Make sure you torque the bolts down like recommended. I used air tools, but they were still not snug until I used a larger size torque wrench.

Ditto on the torque wrench. If you don't own one, borrow one. I remember the specs being around 101 ft/lbs on the bolts.

Fish_head is giving you good advice. Why buy an aftermarket hitch and
then have to go spend $47 at a dealer for the relays? If you get the hitch
from Jamie, it'll have everything you need unless you need a 4 pin adapter.
Walmart has the adapter, drops, balls, etc.

I put the hitch on a piece of plywood and used my floor jack to get it into
position.

Installing the tow bar was easy.

I got on my back and held it up with my legs and got the bolts started with my free hands. I used a breaker bar and tightened the bolts as tight as I could.

I bolted on a set of tow hooks, also. It's like having the tow package without the big goofy mirrors.

I can't tell from your picture where you put the hooks. I'll be taking my
factory ones off the front when my bull bar gets here. Is there a place to
bolt them to on the back?

I meant the tow hooks on the front.

Without the tow package, I believe this truck is still very capable of towing. The most I would tow is a motorcycle trailer and on rare occasion a friends boat.

If I needed a vehicle that could tow heavy stuff really well, I would have bought a Ford with the V8 Turbo Diesel. You can't beat it.

Since I don't tow anything heavy, I chose my sporty little hot-rod Titan (without the goofy mirrors).

Not quite the thrill of the SRT-10, but a whole lot less money, and I can fit the whole family inside.

I just held up one side with a cable tie, started a couple bolts on
the other side, cut the cable tie, finished bolting the thing in. One
person (me) and all of 10 minutes to bolt in and torque, and no
lift required.
