Can you get E-Lock and VDC together??

Hello: I'm in the process of buying a 4X4 KC Titan, with the 4X2 Off Road Package and Big Tow Package. The dealership I'm working with (not so great of an experience so far) has told me that you can't have the VDC and E-Lock on the same vehicle...that they are incompatable with each other.

Is this true? The vehicle I want is at another dealership half a state away, but that dealership's web site says that the truck has both VDC and E-Lock (build date in March of 2004).

I'm also wondering what the difference between the 4X4 Off Road Package and the 4X2 Off Road Package is. The truck I want is a 4X4, but has the 4X2 Off Road Package. I'm hoping that by having the 4X2 package, it can also have the VDC that comes with the Big Tow Package.

I'm confused. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

You cannot get the two together.
