Today is the day!!

Just picked up my Titan a few hours ago . . . this is the first car/truck I've ever owned and I can't wipe the grin off my face!

Thanks to everyone on this site who posted information both good and bad about their truck. I like to do a lot of research before I make a big decision, and the information I found on this site was invaluable. Although there have been problems, the passion shown by most people for their trucks helped convince me more than anything.

Now I'm going out for a drive!

Great 1st car-congrats

zphil74,great 1st car,congrats.1st car I owned was a 71 Cuda 383-bought from my brother for $800 in 75 after a lot of very hard use.It was the 1st vehicle I had ever worked on-lotta fun.The Titan is as much fun,and accelerates about as fast.Congrats,Charlie
PS Some unsolicited advice-if you are into mods, leave the intake and exhaust and motor alone for a while and go for wheel(not too big 20" max, rough ride, makes it slower),appearance, interior stuff and gadgets. If you do any intake, exhaust mods,save-don't sell-the original parts.Someday you will sell it,or trade it,and "power mods" hurt resale,so you would reinstall the OEM parts and sell the mod parts.
Gotta say,I am impressed with the Volant intake hp increase noted on the Forum-very few bolt on parts actually deliver what they claim-it does. This would tempt me if I were still into "power mods".PPS I did all the bolt on "power mods" on my Cuda,so just ignore me,and do what you like-have fun!
