Phoenix area meet? - Page 2

For any of you in the arrowhead area there is a car show every weekend at the K-Mart on 67th & Bell. They usually have all types of cars and hot rods.

Hey guys,
I know it will be a little toasty but lets shoot for 7pm Saturday 17th at the Scottsdale pavilions car show. For those coming from out of town exit the 101 at exit 44, proceed west on Indian Bend to the second entrance on the right (Pavillions Blvd.) past the McDonalds, turn north. This will put you onto the main entrance street for the pavilions. Once here, take your first left and I think this will be a good place for us to park and meet. If these directions are clear as mud, see aerial.
There were a couple other locations (car shows) suggested and perhaps we can visit those as well as a group in the near future.
For those interested in getting a little dirty, I would like to take a day excursion up the back side of Crown King (4x4 required) and down the front.
I would also like to have a convoy of Titans start on a Saturday in Phoenix, head up Yarnell for lunch in either Prescott or over the hill in Jerome or Sedona and continuing up Oak Creek canyon to spend the night somewhere in Flagstaff and returning the following Sunday. Possibly this could happen later in the year when it cools down a little – fall?
Please let me know if anyone is interested in these ideas.
If all who expressed interest show up this Saturday, we should have 8 Titans.

im 90% sure that i will be there, and by the looks of that picture its kinda in the lamps plus/target parking lot away from the actual car show ( no one will bug us there).

The first Phoenix Titan get together was a smashing success. Out of eight possible, we had three show up - myself, a Canteen Green (think it was a CC) with Midway plates of which I never saw the owner, and another Canteen Green KC that circled the parking lot and split (AzTitan?). Jokes aside, I arrived at 10 till 7 and stood around for 40 minutes to no avail. Obviously the date, location, & time that was picked were no good despite the level of interest. What happened?

I'd still like to make this happen. If you would also, please PM me with a list of available Saturday dates for the next, say two months, and then we can vote by general consensus which one will work best for everyone (unless someone else has a better idea).
WILDCATTITAN & SEDONA SUN - if we can make this happen, I would be more than happy to be a part of your next local meet as well.

o'silent1, that was my truck, but not me lol. i wasnt home from work yet, so that was my son going down there to see how many if any ppl were there yet (i drive his beater car to back and forth to work, he is also the one who does most of the surfing on the forum too, not me). sorry i couldnt have made it any earlier but im def still interested in another meet.

I will be in Pheonix this weekend if any one wants to get together. I would like to check out some other titans in AZ. Maybe we can meet for a drink and compare titans.
