Talking Got Mine!

Just picked up my Smoke CC SE tonight. I had more fun driving home than I've had in a while. A litttle kid was hanging out of the F150 next to me checking out my ride. Another Titan passed me an gave me the ol' thumbs up - so, I suppose I'm in the club now. Too bad Smoke and Mirrors took that user name - I was going to add mirror tint to mine next week. Oh well, it will still look cool.

I have to thank everyone on the fourm for their input. At first glance, it looks like the Titan has loads of problems. But upon closer examination, so do the Fords and all the others. Initially it made me weary to pull the trigger, but in the end it was very helpful. Can wait to start crusin' tomorrow. Yippee.

Right on, congratulations on your new ride. I must say i didn't see another titan on the rode until i've had mine after a month or two. They must be selling a lot better now.

Congrats Gman. I was putting gas in the Titan today and had an older couple pull up to the pump behind me. He got out, smiled and then started filling his car up. His wife( I presume, both were in their 70's I would guess), gets out of the their car , looks at me and goes. 'That's a beautiful truck'. I said thanks and was smiling on the inside. As she gets back into her car, she is still saying ' That's anice looking pickup'. I look over at the her husband and he's just smiling and saying, 'yes that is a very nice truck'. Congrats again Gman, may you have as many, no may you have more, happy moments in your truck, than i have had in my 2 short weeks of owning mine.

Got mine on Monday and had my first "Nice Truck!" tonight. Went to the gas station to get a tin and guy behind the counter watched me pull up, first thing he said when I walked in the door! Not to sound like a pansy, but it made me feel good to hear that! Kinda like "yeah it is a nice truck, isn't it?" Enjoy it and the looks you will get, I know I am!!!

Just took it to Lowes today - it was raining so everyone was pulling up to the front covered area to load up. I pulled up right next to a chevy 2500 and drarfed it. The guy inside pretended not to look, but he couldn't help himself. Just having a blast so far......

Cool

Yeah I remember my first "Nice truck" this girl said she loved the look and the color. I don't think her boyfriend was as interested in the truck as she was!

No pics yet - I want to wait until I get the tube rails installed and windows tinted out - they're on their way though. :-)

I just got my first "Nice Truck" yesterday from a guy in a Tundra. Feels good when you were going to go with the Tundra First and decided the Titan was nicer.
