Thumbs up Newer Titans improved

You may find this an interesting obsevation from my daughters email. She has a new CC LE located and dealer gave her a new LE to drive till it gets here. Well they sold the one she was driving and loaned her an older SE. Both with RF. BTW her husband drives a Maxima. They both like Nissans.

Email copy...

[SIZE=2]Above all the other little things that made the older SE I'm driving now inferior to the new LE I had been in, I did the headlight thing yesterday!!
I didn't notice it in the new LE, because it has a completely different switch than this older SE model...that may be new to fix the problem. I hit the signal up to turn right, and I turned my headlight switch to parking lights only. Kinda freaked me out that it would do that so easily, but it was dusk so I wasn't without light.

It really does have a different sounding system in it too. This older one is more muffled all around and the radio absolutely will not tweek to anything above a BAD factory Ford sound. Chris also noticed and says the sub is more muted. The one in the new LE was not as C.R.A.P.-y. I like that acronym by the way.

Bottom line: after driving new and used, I think they're already quietly making some improvements and getting them out there quickly.

Too bad they don't publish the changes with the build date the changes were implemented. But then I guess that would leave a bunch of orphans on the dealer lots.

So the sub is more muted in the "newer" ones, did I read that right?

No. The sub was more muted in the older version in the SE.

Just occurred to me that they may be making improvements quietly to keep current owners from screaming for the parts before they can get enough to build new ones with. Because if I knew an improvement or fix was available I would be demanding it now.

Anyway I am leaving for Austin tomorrow,( ROADTRIP IN TITAN, 2500 mi round trip), so I will get to see the difference myself on her new Le and mine built in April. She was supposed to get it today but the dealer trade cancelled because other dealer sold it. Located another and should get Wed.
