Talking

I'm on my 2nd tank this week (2nd week of Titan ownership!) and I drive the same amount every time...and my gas is lasting considerably longer. So it is true, mileage does go up during break-in.

Looks about right to me, should keep going up just a little, depending on how you drive of course.

I just hit 7000 miles. averaging about 15-15.5. mixed driving, more hwy 68mph. In town, it's hard not to give her a goose to hear her growl. Also, on the hwy, you just have to blow away the stupid drivers. I would probably get a little better mileage if I could keep my foot out of it. It's just so much fun!

you need to run the engine fairly hard to get it broken in properly. slow acceleration doesn't provide the pressure needed to really seat the piston rings. lots of articles on the web for engine break-in procedures.
