Quick K&N question

I have looked in the search and couldn't find this. Do they come ready to install or do you have to oil them? I am about to order one, just not sure if I should get a cleaing and oil kit while I am buying.

Thanks

They come ready to install, pre oiled. So it is up to you when you get the kit
