Where's the Electric Fan Relay?

Where's the relay for the electric fan that's in front of the AC condenser? There are 5 black relays (?) in the rear fuse/relay box under the hood. However, they aren't shown on the inside of the cover. I found the 40A fusible link for the fan. If the fan can draw that much current, there should be a relay for it.

Re: Where's the Electric Fan Relay?

It may differ between model years.

My 2004 manual says the relay labeled "Not Used" is Cooling Fan High and the one labeled "Cooling Fan" is Cooling Fan Low

Re: Where's the Electric Fan Relay?

Thanks, that helps a lot. In my 08, the "Not Used" has a relay in it. Is there anything special you have to do to get the relays out, or just pull?

Re: Where's the Electric Fan Relay?

The only one I messed with is the ECM relay and it pulls out, so I think the others would also.
