Cool Dirt Bikers

Do we have any dirt bikers out there? In our house we have a KDX200 (mine), CRF230 (Wife's), XR50 (Daughters), and KDX50 (Sons).

Also could these four bikes be loaded onto a Titan CC and still close the tailgate? Currently I load the KDX50 first, then the CRF230 at an angle, the KDX200 next and then lastly the XR50, onto my Frontier Desert Runner KC. And I manage to close the tailgate.

For those looking for a cool dirt bike site, check out: www.dirtrider.net

Cheers

Yes, I currently own two dirtbikes. The first one is a 1997 Honda CR250, the second is a 1995 KTM 550 MXC. About your question, sorry I don't have the answer I own a KC Titan. But both bikes fit on my truck. Heck I could problably fit 4 dirtbikes and still have the tailgate closed . Any who, thanks for the site.

We have 3 in the household here. I have a 1998 Banshee, with a garage full of parts, I have it set up now for trail riding, but it can be changed over to drag in about 2-3 hours, built my son a 2003 blaster with the 240 big bore kit, 30 MM carb upgrade, FMF pipe, ported/polished, its a smoker for an entry level quad, and we have a general use, ride the farm quad, its a big bear 400. I don't put anything in my bed, but my trailer will tow all 3 just fine.

I ride a 2004 kx250f and while I have an enclosed trailer for it I did throw a crf 450 in the back of my CC but I couldn't close the gate--I used the extender. I could get one full sized bike in there at an angle and close the gate, but probably no more than that; I'll post pics of that CRF in the back later on if you like...

I can fit 2 of the mini's in with the tailgate closed. I use a trailer when I bring all 5. But usually it's just me and the CRF, then I use the bed extender. I haven't tried it, but I'm sure 3 bikes can be crammed in using the bed extender.

I just bought a leftover CRF150 this weekend for training and something different. I roadrace and help teach at a track day school. I don't think you'll be bale to squeeze 4 bikes in the bed and close the tailgate on the CC. I can't get the 150 in there straight and close it so once you start angling the bikes I don't think 4 will fit. You got the gate-thing for the tailgate? That would work.

I ride a 1985 XT600 Dualsport Thumper, want to upgrade to a newer bike soon but the old beast is too reliable and in too good condition to warrant a new one.

One of the main reasons I bought my Titan. I ride a 2004 Yamaha WR450 and my friend drives a 2002 Yamaha WR426. Next time I go to the desert, I'll have to take some pictures.

2000 RM 250
2000 KX 80

The 250 will not fit unless the tailgate is left down. The 80 fits fine. No big deal I use a trailer and put all the gear in the bed.
