My 1 week old TITAN with 400 miles on it seems to have a really weak parking brake. I called my dealer today and they said they would adjust it since it is new, but it is not something they will warranty in the future. He said it is considered a maintenance item. Uh, excuse me? I've had several vehicles in the past that always had this problem and never had a dealer tell me they wouldn't adjust it under warranty. It's my understanding that using it keeps it adjusted correctly and lack of use allows it to "relax" over time. If it's adjusted correctly, then I shouldn't have to worry about it for quite some time at the very least. Anyone else run into this?
