Hate to say it (after hearing how frustrating that tape would have made me!!!) but I agree, think I would have taken the $$$ too. I've been involved in cases where plaintiff has had an outstanding case every lawyers dream but after legal fees court costs/time and effort involved the extra $$$ wasn't anywhere worth it. The only one that made any real $ was the lawyer himelf. Hope everything progresses in a "speedy" manner but I assume nissan has good group of defense lawyers that know how to stall.
 It's easy to comment when the situation doesn 't involve your own truck tho... |
