Power mirrors on XE CC?

Hi All, I have a XE CC with power windows and locks but no power mirrors.
Looking for anyone who has put power mirrors on their XE CC. Is there a harness already installed or will I have to run my own wiring? I would ask my parts guy at dealership but this is same guy who is still convinced after 2 weeks of arguing that my truck does include the harness for fog lights which we all know it doesn't!!!

Thanks for any info,
Mike

Here's an easy solution. Remove your door panel and see if the harness is dangling up there for the mirror to plug in.

While you are in there, buy a pair of speakers and replace those 20W panasonics
This will save you some time later.

or just feel that rubber connector between the inside of the front of the door where the hinges and the body of the truck. If you don't feel wires in that, you don't have any connectors. my KC XE connectors were empty. juma

Juma, you SHOULD feel MANY wires.
Crew Cab XE will have wires for power door locks, power windows, and speakers.
Even the KC XE has wires for the speakers.
Crew cabs come with the PDL and PW features standard.

RedFish, The panel is pretty easy if you have a plastic wedge tool or something to get under the edge without cutting up your fingers, and a small hook tool to pull the retaining ring from beneath the window roll-up handle.
The screws are:
1) Yank up on the arm rest and theres one
2) Remove the vertical trim piece that's in the handle coming from the armrest, that's another.
3) Beneath the small plastic cover under the door handle, another

Did I forget one? I thought there were 4... I'll go look later.

Like most door panels, once the screws are out, you start to yank on the panel starting at the bottom working your way up. The plastic trim clips will just pop off. Then you lift the panel out of the window sill. Detach any wiring harnesses and cables/rods and you're free.
