Then you need to buy another Titan so you have a complete package.
Just having some fun and when I posted pic in another thread was told I didn't have to buy two Titans to get offroad with big tow. You missed the joke in the picture. White is offroad w/o big tow and red is big tow w/o offroad.
Apparently now if you try to configure online and also dealers are telling that you can't get a LE off w/o big tow.

Mine are both '03s. I should have waited another 6 mos. as there were more choices.
Might I suggest looking at a YFZ450? Or Honda's new TRX450R?
The raptors are slow in comparison, and handling is inferior to the new lighter faster 450s.
Unless you weigh over 250 lbs and spend all your time in the dunes, I would suggest something else. If you really want one, mine are both for sale as I would like to get one of each of the new 450s, I've never had a Honda but nothing can have more problems than my Yamahas so it is time to try something new.
I have had good luck with Hondas in the past. They build a good machine. I have looked at the 450's but was steered away from them by my dealer. He told me that if I was not going to race then to know full with the head ache. He told me the 450's were very hard to crank after they warmed up, the engines would not last as long as the 660 and the maintenance and up keep was worse. Maybe there is truth to it, I dont know. I know he sales both Honda and Yamaha so he would be making money either way. He also had all the above in stock so it would not make sense that he would try to push more towards the raptor but financial gain.
I would be interested in purchasing a used raptor but it would be tough to get one from Cali to Alabama.
hmm.. I wouldn't believe what he said about longevity. Talk to 10 different people though and you will get 10 different answers. The bottom line is the 450 motors came out of dirt bikes that are generations old. The 660 Raptor was an adapted version of an older road bike engine with a BUNCH of horrible changes made to it.
The Yamaha 450 is an electric start, so no cranking issue with your foot getting tired. The Honda seems more race bred, WHICH MEANS: Better handling, faster, easier to ride (customer testimony from several friends) and doesn't beat you up as much as a Raptor.
There are already several crucial recalls with the YAmaha 450, battery failing after several weeks, etc.
I think the best thing for you to do is tag along to the desert with your buddies that have quads and ride theirs before you make your decision. Make friends out there and see if you can give somebody a couple of beers or something to ride a Raptor, YFZ450, TRX450, etc. and see which one you like best.
I will tell you if you ride agressively, the lightest quads with the lowest center of gravity will let you ride longer happier with less crashes and you won't feel so beat up the next day.
It is very dissapointing to have $2000 in performance mods to my quad and see these 450s with nothing more than a pipe and K&N filter fly past me up a hill and take corners much faster.
