Wish me luck!

I have a 9 am appointment tomorrow to hopefully close the deal on my new Titan!

I want to thank all you posters, as I am so much better prepared and confident going into negotiations then I ever thought possible! In fact, I am kind of looking forward to it! In the past, being ill prepared, it was always a gut wrenching time for me, and I always wondered how bad I was being beaten up. Thanks to what I have learned, and suggested sites from you guys, I look for this to be much more pleasant!

I will let all know how it gos.

Just got back, 6 hours at dealership, but I am now a TOC member! Wife and kids are waiting to go out on boat so I will post details later. Where do I find its "born" date?

Bottom of window sticker, door jam where tire size listed and on some a piece of paper in pocket on the back of the drivers seat.

CONGRATS AND ENJOY!!!
Don't run the boat ashore while distracted looking at your new toy in the parking lot. :>)

LOL, No, but it gos back next week to have 2 small scratches taken out, so I will get it then!

OK, here is the story. It was a tough fight, but I was determined (so were they).Sticker price $33,750.00 got it for invoice price of $30,429.00. Almost walked twice, but they came after me, and sweetended the deal both times. Had I naught learned what I had from you guys, there is no way I would have gotten this deal. I dazzled them, and caught them really off guard with my product knowledge, along with knowing all I did about their side of the deal. Of course it didn't hurt that the wife said it loud enough for the sales manager to hear, Lets just go to West Hills Nissan (these 2 dealerships hate each other) the second time I was ready to walk. I was in control of the deal the entire time, and it made it a rather enjoyable time, all though a rather lengthy one as well. The salesman was on my side also, as I found out from him that he gets flat fee on new car sales, so he didn't care how much I beat them up. There are two very minor scratches on passenger side, 1 above front wheel, 1 on passenger door. They will come out with a light glaze, and they are taking care of it. I also found the overhead console has a crack around 1 of the mounting bolts. It was obviously overtightened, again, they have another one ordered for it. So far there is no radio fade, and good AM reception. The truck is very tight, with no rattles what so ever! I am in love, and the happiest guy on earth. I genuinely thank all of you, for your posts that helped me more then you will ever know! I think I told you everything, but I am very excited, so if you want to know anything else, ask!

I am now the proud owner of:

Congrats!!! Your in for a GREAT ride now, and many "smiles" per hour. Watch out for those driving the other full size trucks, they will nearly run you off the road when they break their necks trying to check out your Titan...it has nearly happened to me a few times.
