Tow package side mirrors

I kind of wished the mirror's were all one piece and didn't have the small wide angle at the bottom. For me at least they seem to cause a huge blind spot the passenger side being worse. If I had just the one large mirror I think the blind spot would go away.
I always look before I change lanes & I'm always surprised to see a car or truck along side back by the bed area, never had that with the last two trucks.
Is it just me or anyone else feel this way?

You may need to adjust the mirror in the bottom section. I use it to judge when someone is in my blind spot. Seems to work...... at least so far!

If you use those mirrors right, you can't beat them!!! The bottom is for checking in your blind spot and for curbs. They work way better than if you had one big mirror

I like mine also, just be sure to adjust your large mirrors first to get the best possible view and then adjust the bottom ones to get rid of any blind spots.
Works for me anyway.

I like the big tow mirrors especially for seeing the curb/paint line when backing up. I can adjust the driver's side bottom mirror to remove blind spots. But the passenger side lower mirror does not adjust far enough out to help much. I see the side of the truck in half of the lower mirror on that side. Maybe my seat position is off, but I'd rather be comfortable behind the wheel than be able to use the full little mirror.

I absolutely love the Big Tow mirrors. I am 6'-1" and let the seat all the way back to give myself enough leg room. With the seat this far back there would be a tremendous blind spot without the wide angle part of the Big Tow mirrors. When I drove my GMC I would have to lean way forward toward the rear view mirror to change the angle or turn my head and look over my shoulder. I put an aftermarket wide angle stick on mirror on my GMC but it doesn't compare to the Big Tow mirror. I don't have to do this with the Big Tow mirrors. Lane changes are a snap! My blind spot used to be large enough to swallow a Suburban. Now, I have the ability to make split second lane changes in an emergency. I also like being able to see the parking stripes when backing up.
