Man were we shocked when our sales guy surprised my wife at her work today. Gave her a complimentary detail, fill up, and oil change for the truck! She works across town from nissan to boot. He simply reminded us that the survery will be coming soon and appreciated excellent marks if we felt he deserved them. Well hell yeah he does!

I got 2 surveys so far for bringing in my truck for service repair on some minor repair work but I was able to get a free full tank of gas, a free detail and a nice meal they had setup in the lounge. These surveys are used for nissan and their local dealership to find out the performance of their services. Nissan only accepts scores of 5 (1 out of 5, 5 being best) and everything else is squat. Plus the sales people want you to bring it in so they can check out the score and submit it if its good enough for their record. All surveys are trackable and have been numbered to your name and car.

I went to the dealership around 4-5 times now for repairs and pickup so I picked up a few things from other people there also.
