04 frontier

Hello, i know this is a titan forum but im hoping somone on here can anwser my question, i have a 04 5 speed frontier with 4000 miles on it, and i noticed in the last couple of days that when the clutch is depresed theres a grinding mixed with a rattle typed sound coming from under neath the truck. Somtimes its more noticable than others, its only when he clutch is depresed. As soon as you press it in like your going to shift the noise disapears. Could it be a defective throw out bearing or is it possibly still breaking in? Any feedback would be greatly apperciated. Thanks!
