My titan is extremely dirty on the outside. I've come to the conclusion it looks better dirty. In fact there is so much brake dust on the wheels someone commented to me that they liked the look of the gun metal wheels LOL.

Only have 16k on mine so its still pretty new.

LOL SupraTitan!! On that note. What do you all use to clean your wheels? I bought some of that Turtlewax Wheel cleaner but it doesn't work very well. Hardly got the brake dust off. Still had to go in with fine tooth comb and get it all. Is this something that is just how it is or are there some wheel cleaners out there that work really good?

Be careful about cleaning your wheels if you have the clear coated aluminum set (SE, LE rims). Some cleaners eat away at the clear coat, and will eventually lead to stains. Think of it as the paint on your truck. Be picky and read the ingredients or just make sure they are safe for clear coat. I use Meguiars tire spray and make sure that nothing gets on the rims. I have stained a set of rims before because of the cleaner. They will never come off and it is an eye sore.

I wash my truck about every week and a half and just use Turtle Wax Car Wash to clean the truck and rims. The new truck smell is no longer there as I smoke.

Here are some that are clear coat safe, however I have never used them.

There are more, just search google. Good luck.
