I just wasted about 10 minutes of my life.

That's exactly why I dont own "American" cars. The companies seem to rely more on brand loyalty than good engineering to sell cars, resulting in an inferior product. I can't wait till the Big 3 go bankrupt. It will never happen, but I can dream.

The big 3 aren't about to go bankcrupt and they have some of the finest engineers in the world. It is true they haven't always turned out a good product but neither has nissan or honda. It may interested you to learn than many of the domestics are rated higher in the reliability department than many imports such as dare I say it .....nissan. Ignorant comments such as the one you just made anggie are just as bad as the import haters.

Pretty funny, I like the one where the guy wants to match a dodge and tita in an off road event LOL, I guess he hasn't figured out that the dodge in stock form is a total road queen. Also about the only thing they can say about the titan is that its ugly. I'm sorry but when I park my truck next to my dads 04 QC hemi 4x4 1500 even he admits the dodge looks dated. You can't please everyone.

That one guy said the Titan is so ugly that bugs won't even get stuck on the front. How did he know that. Oh yes, probably stopped facing him at redlight LOL. When I had my Dodge no one ever asked about it. I can't get through a store parking lot without getting stopped by someone now.

At least they acknowledged the fact the endurance engine is superior to theirs. And the comment from the guy that said he wouldnt drive it if it had 1000hp and cost 10K. I would drive a Yugo if it had those numbers!!!

Calgary

I think Chrysler already went bankrupt once and the American taxpayers bailed them out. Ford is in serious trouble.

What vehicles are you refering to? I don't remember many recent domestics getting high marks for reliability in any published media but I'm open to evidence. I'm not slamming here, just interested. I definitely agree with the statement that all companies have put out some inferior models through the years. I remember having a Nisaan Stanza and Chevy Monza and both were not far above junk status. Chrysler K cars were right there.

As far as slamming the other makes, my buddy at work drives a newer Dodge Ram and it seems to be a quality vehicle. Thing is huge and I don't think I could park it. My little brother has a Chevy truck and it eats tires but does OK otherwise. He had a Ranger before and you couldn't kill it. Really good little truck. I had a Tundra and it was nothing but problems, brakes, O2 sensors and battery all before 30K.

Where you at in Calgary? I went to SAIT for a few years and know Calgary pretty well, eh. Got to love stampede and the zoo. Gets a little chilly though. I live in Florida now.

I don't know how Nissan quality goes in long term, but just looking at the specs of the new Titan vs. my old Ram, its bigger all over. I find that wierd because from the outside, it doesnt look it at all. Numbers are numbers though, turning radius is tighter, payload/towing is higher, ground clearance is higher. Now as for the NEW dodge, the titan is a few inches short on interior specs in some places, but it stacks up pretty damn nice in my oppinion, and i don't even like them.

I think they are still not aesthetically pleasing, but the new Dodge in a 2wd leaves alot to be desired too. I think if i was in the market for a 1/2 ton gas truck i would have to go give the Titan a spin. Im heading for the 3/4 or 1 ton Cummins after mine craters.

You are slowly becoming a convert! Dont fight it, just go out and test drive one...you know you want to.

The Titan wasnt at the top of my list initially either. I have become assimilated.
