hello,

i saw hopup's price and it is pretty good. the place that sold me my billet grilles socalmotorsports.com has quoted me a discounted price of $235 shipped. since i bought the grilles from them i know they are reliable. atleast i will find out tomorrow. lol......john at socal gave me a tracking number and they are due to my home by 4:30pm tomorrow. once i get them i will probably give them a call and make an advanced purchase on one of these..

thanks in advance,

ms. titan

www.n2performance.com lists the off road aircharger (63-1088) and the new 77 series with the metal tubing (77-6012kp). off road lists for 278.85. 77 series lists for 240.50.

hello,

the 77 series intakes are a big pile of crap. i called K&N and they said that the 63-1088 actually produces more HP than the 77 series. he told me that the metal tube is used for looks not performance. just ordered mine for $235 shipped. www.socalmotorsports.com gotta call for pricing because there site is not up or something like that. 714-724-7978

hope that helps,

hello all,

very satisfied with the K&N. i like the noise it has created plus the hp is noticeable. no problems with check engine light, etc. not sure about gas mileage improv. but it is too early to tell. any questions just let me know.

talk to you soon,

KNfilters.com has a revolving list of retailers for their products. I just went through each one until I found the best deal. However, I concur with using socalmotorsports.com (call though) since he gives a good deal to forum members.
