I Think I've found It!!

I went down to Florence,SC after Mustang Week to visit my family.I figured I would go to the Nissan dealer to see what they had.There it was,a Red Brawn 4x4 Crew Cab LE! It is loaded!! Has everything except XM. Would it be worth just making the trip back down there (little over 2 hours) or see if a dealer around here would be able to get it. Figured I might save alittle money getting it myself.What you think?

My experience with car deals (a lot of them) is you will most likely always get a better price dealing on a vehicle they have in stock rather then dealing on one they have to go find.

And you may do very well not even going there, but just calling them on the phone.

If it is the one that you really want, and it isn't available at a local dealer, they can do a dealer swap. They don't like to do that, because the other dealer gets credit for the sale.

Yeah, give 'em a call or an e-mail to thier internet sales guy and see what ya can swing on her

Dogman is right, they can swap out with another dealer to get the credit of the sale. just like any other business you want to get rid of your own inventory or instock items before ordering more. they had to do it with my trunk since no one had white with graphite/titanium interior in houston at the time.

I wanted white originally but they had a silver on the lot that had EVERYTHING I wanted... The salesman told me that ultimately if they ordered one or found one then those extra costs got figured in on me... So I got the Silver one and ended up paying less than $100 over invoice.
