Do you have Navi? If so it is part of the vehicle settings. If not did you look in the manual?

I dont have the Navi system - I searched the threads and found that but it does no good to the rest of us which bums me out. I also read through the owners manual to no avail. I simply dont want or need the autoarm feature - there has got to be a way to deactivate it. Any ideas? if you can diarm it rhough the navigation system then there has to be a way.

Thanks for getting back to me - let me know

Mike

As far as I know, mine (popular package) only auto arms after you unlock the car with the key fob and then never open a door. It does this about 30 sec later.

thats exactly what it does - if I unlock it with the FOB though I want it to stay unlocked - very frustrating - it's not like it will happen, but I want the ability to shut it off anyway. I dont need the truck auto arming. Can you disable the feature?
