Effective Gear Ratios

My buddy wants to get rid of his Chevy. He has 3.45's in it. Any idea what the 2WD Titan has for gearing? honestly I'm at a loss

You want to Big Tow and Off Road package! It rocks. Dont forget the Titan is a 5 speed tranny. No other pickup matches that! If this thing had wings it would fly!

Keep in mind that the gearing on the Titan is different because of the 5 spd tranny. The 2.94:1 final drive gear ratio is comparable to a 3.73:1 in your Chevy. and the 3.36:1 is comparable to 4.11:1 final drive gear ratio. The Titan has a much lower first gear in the trans.

It is camparable because the all the gears in the tranny are lower than other vehicles. However, it would still be nice to be able to drop some 3.7x-3.9x gears in the front and rear diff for a little more ooomph.
