I'll be installing a 2.5" coil spacer soon and I need to get the oem bolt/nut torque specifications for a few front end parts. I need the sway bar mount bolts, steering link ends, strut tower bolts, and lower strut bolt torque specs. If this info is available in the repair manual, I'd really appreciate it if you could email the related files to my addy at sandbag@aisforarmy.com. I'll try to compile some of this info for the FAQ. Thanks in advance.
why is it that I never see your signature photo? Is it my computer or are you having server problems?
That is strange. I see it and I'm at work. I enabled hotlink protection but allowed TitanTalk rights to view, but for some reason it gets goofy on some people's system. Give me a second and I'll disable it, then let me know if it works.
Thanks Sammy. What i really needed was the sway bar - the same question you asked in the original post on the thread. I disconnected the end links to install the prg kit and there weren't any torque values for the end links on the sway bar for re-assembly.
It may be a moot - I think I have a little problem with the sway bar and I want to take some pictures and put up another post tonight about the symetry of front end. On my truck, it looks like the sway bar could really be moved to the left (drivers side) a little. The end link on the drivers side is reaching to the bottom bracket, and on the passenger side the end link is tucked under. (Pictures will make sense of that later.) And it was like this before the prg kit so I know it has nothing to do with Greg's excellent product.
