Which weight oil?

I'm coming up on my 3000 mile oil change and plan on going with Mobile 1 oil.
My question is which weight oil should I use since I live in south Florida where the temp almost never dips below 45, and most of the time is over 60. Do I go with 5W30 or 10W30? Also is Mobile 1 a better choice than Penzoil or Castrol full synthetic?

I live in S. Fl and I use 5w30 in the Titan and the Toyota. I've used Mobil 1 exclusively in the past. Currently I am trying out Amsoil.

In FL I would recommend either the mobi1 1 0w-40 or mobil 1 10w-30. Those two grades typically outperform mobil 1 5w-30. Yes the mobil 1 is typically a better choice then syntec or penz. synthetics, with the exception of german syntec 0w-30(another oil to consider, its what i run in my titan). Mobil 1 is a PAO base synthetic oil, penz, valvoline, syntec(exeption of 0w-30) are group III oils, although the law allows them to be called fully synthetic there actually not and therefore not worth the premium price when a pao synth. can be purchased for the same amount of money.
I've been really happy so far with the GC 0w-30, its acea A3 certified like the mobil 1 0w-40, its actually much thicker than mobil 1 10w-30 but still gives outstanding fuel economy and the option of extended drains. Plus its a year round oil even in the most diverse climates. I've gotten none of the valve train clatter that is typical with mobil 1 as well. Problem with this oil is availibiltity, wal-mart does not carry it but most auto zones have it, its the syntec 0w-30 and should say "made in germany" on the back. I wouldn't touch any other grade of syntec with a 10 foot pole, there totally different, not even made in the same country as one another.

Amsoil 0w-30

I use Amsoil 0w-30 now switching from Mobil 0w-30.

I tried them all seems like and I get the best gas mileage with the 0w-30.

Go figure.
