LE rear view mirror

Hi All,
I would like to put the LE rear view mirror in my XE. I love the auto dimming of my wife Altima 3.5SE. Anyone know if this is possible? Does it mount at the same place?
Thanks

Oh, I would ask ask my local parts dept but they are still trying to convince me the XE CC 4x2 IS prewired for fogs!!!

Well, there aren't any more posts on that thread and it's over 5 months old. Anyone had any success with switching out the XE rear view mirror with the auto-dimming one?

I made it work, and on a second note, several Nissan mirrors are double adjustable, what I am saying is that this mirrors will adjust to any windshield and you are not limited to buy the Titan LE mirror for your XE... go to ebay and buy a mirror cheap and get a stereo shop to install it, that will give you some peace of mind.
I think the dealer wanted $600 for the damm mirror, yea right, I told the guy thanks but not thanks.

One of the local shops that does stereos, auto starts, graphics, ect has an aftermarket auto dim with temp/compass (looks almost identicle to the one in my LE) with an installed price of $250. I'd check with a place like that.
