reskinning of seats voids air bag warranty and liability

just got back from the dealer , i was concidering aftermarket leather. and they showed me a copy for which i have one, that states due to the airbag sensor in the passenger seat. if anyone alters the fabric, nissan wont be liable if your air bag dosnt go off if ever in a accident. they are so freaked out about this i couldnt believe it. and it will not be covered under warrenty with any problems at all!!!!
thought i would pass this along this dosnt jusy apply to leather but any kind of aftermarket fabrics(excluding seat covers) only when you reskin them.

i will post the documents later
