Nissan armada

I am looking at an 06 armada 4x4 LE for my wife.It's got 150k miles and it's 7500 dollars. I have a couple of questions and pops chime in anytime on this.
1st how durable is the rear ends?
2nd is this a good deal? I'm buying from an older couple at church who bought it new and it looks immaculate
And lastly how do you lift the rear of these SUVs?

Unless I'm looking at it wrong it looks like the truck is worth 12k. Even if the rear detonates you are still making out in the deal.

Do they have all the records on it? I own a Titan and don't know much about the mechanics of a armada but if they have all records and nothing major has ever happened, just inspect the car well and test drive it and she how it handles, Check the rear axle, Check the shocks and such, make sure those aren't leaking. I'm sure other people can tell you more.

Its way under book value. It has all its service records. Full syntheic oil every time. He said make a cash offer and i jokingly said 7500 and he said yes. Both exhaust manifolds were replaced at 115k miles. The engine bay was clean. The only bad was the stock front struts but I have an 06 titan with stock struts at 125k.the 4x4 works and it drove great.

The rear diff is much more solid than the Titan. Seems like a vreat deal to me. Crawl undermeath for awhile and look for any signs of fluid leaks. Unfortunately, The only right way to lift the rear was with a ProComp or Rancho Bracket Kit and BOTH were discontinued last year but you might maybe find some backstocked although I haven't heard of any for awhile. 2" pucks can work but they do make it a bugger to get aligned.

I may just level it with my rc kit on my truck When i Get the 6inch rc kit. I'm going to get it tomorrow. I asked again today if 7500 was Enough Money because i didnt want to low ball him and he said That was plenty. There is no leaks or anything and it drives smoother than my Titan and I love the power. Felt like it had more gitty up than the truck. I'm excited and ready to start modding lol.

The Armada is already leveled so if you put a leveling kit on front, you'll need the 2" pucks in the rear unless you like the Cali Prerunner stance.

That's a great deal. Especially original owner. I don't think I've ever seen one go for under 10k. Who cares about the mileage at that price, that motor and tranny got at least another 100k left on them.
