Brake Pedal

Has anyone stepped on the brake pedal to slow down and accidently catch part of the gas pedal with your foot?

When I wear my wide-a$$ 12 EEE Nike Airs, sometimes without even realizing it, the edge of my shoe seems to catch the the edge of the accelerater pedal while I am braking. For a couple of seconds, it becomes a little hairy, until I move my my foot a little more to the left.

Now I have learned to pick my foot off the accelerator and place it on the brake, instead sliding my foot from one to another.

IMHO, the layout of the seats and the controls are for someone driving between 5.6" and 5'10 with a size 9 1/2D foot.

5'6" and 155 lbs...no problem on the pedals.....but wicked radio display reflection in rear-view mirror day and night and center consol reflections also.day and night...and it sucks big time...I put a towel on the radio display most of the time..Don't know who has the worst problem.maybe you should hook-up your powerpedal motors for sideways adjusting!!

5 2" 113lbs size 7 1/2 boots and I have that problems sometimes. had the same thing happen with my maxima. It's not a pedal problem , just the way we position our foot on the pedal
